Una vez que haya hervido quitamos del fuego, retiramos la vainilla y dejamos que enfriar.<br />-La manteca de cacao hay que lidificarla antes de usarla, para ello la pondremos en un vaso y la meteremos al microondas unos 30 segundos hasta que se vuelva liquida.<br />-Añadimos el yogur natural y la manteca de cacao, ya liquida, a la leche y mezclamos con la batidora hasta conseguir una crema fina y homogenea. Dejamos enfriar completamente.<br />-Después vertemos la mezcla en un recipiente amplio y metemos en el congelador.<br />-Pasada una hora de estar en el congelador lo quitaremos y lo volveremos a batir, repetiremos esta operación en tres ocasiones mas, hasta que por ultimo pasaremos el helado al recipiente definitivo para dejar congelar.<br /><br /><br /><u><i><b>Crema de Melocotón.</b></i></u><br />-Cortamos los melocotones en trocitos pequeños y los ponemos en un cazo añadiéndole, el zumo de la naranja, también parte de su piel rallada, el agar agar y lo ponemos a hervir durante 5 minutos para que se disuelva el agar agar. Unimos la margarina con las harinas hasta que la absorban completamente teniendo como resultado una masa suelta en hojuelas.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit;"><span style="color: #555555;">A continuación agregamos el azúcar y poco a poco el agua (muy fría, casi helada), hasta conseguir una masa gorda y pegajosa. </span></span><span style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: inherit;">Metemos la masa media hora en el frigorífico.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: inherit;">Preparamos un molde de horno de unos 24 <span class="googie_link" style="cursor: pointer;">cms</span> de diámetro y ponemos la masa en el fondo alisándola para formar una superficie uniforme.<br /><br />Horneamos hasta que este ligaramente dorada.<br /><br />El <b><u>relleno de crema de manzana </u></b>lo hice <span class="googie_link" style="cursor: pointer;">así</span>:<br /></span></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: inherit;">Cocemos en agua las manzanas picadas, junto con una cucharada de zumo <span class="googie_link" style="cursor: pointer;">de limon</span>, el <span class="googie_link" style="cursor: pointer;">azúcar</span>, un <span class="googie_link" style="cursor: pointer;">chorrito</span> de coñac y añadimos una pizca de nuez moscada y canela a nuestro gusto.<br />Se cocina hasta que espese y la <span class="googie_link" style="cursor: pointer;">manzana</span> este deshecha.<br /><br />Con esta compota rellenamos la base que horneamos antes.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: inherit;"><span>Para rematar <b><u>cubrimos la tarta de esta manera:</u></b></span></span><br /></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #555555; Procuraremos que nos quede un espesor lo mas regular y plano posible.<br />Ponemos el relleno de vegetales encima y lo repartimos.</div><div><br />La tapa de la empanada la podemos hacer sobre en papel de horno puesto que al llevar centeno la masa no liga completamente.</div><div><br />Colocamos el resto de la masa sobre el papel y con un rodillo la extendemos formando una capa uniforme. Las sofreímos en aceite de oliva y antes de que lleguen a tostarse, añadimos un vaso de caldo vegetal. Después colamos y dejamos que pierda topo el agua de cocción posible.</p><p>En una sartén con un fondo de aceite de oliva hacemos la soja junto con ajo, perejil picado, romero, pimienta negra y orégano. Agregamos un chorro de salsa de soja y pimentón ahumado dulce.
